Weight gain and lose fat - all thanks herbs.

Herbs in theirseves don't lose weight, but support energy conversion processes. Unfortunately, formation of energy, falls on our shoulders or sometimes on hips. I specified herbal plants in 10 categories:
  1. including insulinlike substances, which imitate activity of insulin
  2. increasing testosterone level - aphrodisiacs
  3. calming - helpful especially in martial arts
  4. general secretory - facilitates digestion
  5. stimulating immune system 
  6. lipotropics - including derivatives of caffeine
  7. cooperating with lipotropics - contain inulin, rutoside, salicylates and chromium salts
  8. hematopoietics 
  9. improving lung ventilation 
  10. inhibitors of digestion of carbohydrates or fats - comprising mainly HCA (hydroksy citric acid)
 The first 4 are helpful in men's training, because concur with strenght training (and with surplus of calories and proteins with anabolic changes). The last 5 are useful in endurance training, Increasing immune-system resistance are good for every athlete , because the worst thing, which can happen activ people is illnes or injury.
